Board Moves November 21-25, 2016

Coventry Group has appointed its former chief financial officer Robert Bulluss as company secretary following the resignation of Chris Lloyd. 

Rumble Resources has appointed Brett Keillor as technical director.  Mr Keillor replaces Andrew McBain, who will continue to have shareholding interests.

MinRex Resources has appointed Simon Durack as executive chairman, he will retain his duties as the company secretary.

Zeta Petroleum has announced the resignation of Oliver Cairns as non-executive director, and the appointment of Fleur Hudson as joint company secretary.

After seven and a half years as its founding managing director, Allan Kelly has resigned from Doray Minerals and will be replaced by current non-executive director Leigh Junk following a handover period.

Following the company’s recent merger with Homeloans, Warren McLeland has resigned as managing director of RESIMAC. He remains as a non-executive director of Homeloans.  Scott McWilliam and Mary Ploughman have been appointed joint chief executive officers and Ian Parkes will continue as chief financial officer.

Metals X has appointed Steve Robinson as non-executive director.

Search Party has appointed Nick Gundry as non-executive director.

RNI has appointed Bronwyn Barnes, who replaces Simon Heggen, as non-executive chairman.
