Neil Goodey has resigned as non-executive director of DTI Group. Mr Goodey co-founded the company and has been a director since 1995.

Guy Lansdown will join the board of South32 as non-executive director in December. Mr Lansdown is a civil engineer with over 35 years of experience in early- and late-stage project development and mining.

Torian Resources has appointed experienced mining executive Stephen Jones as managing director. Mr  Jones, who joined Torian as a non-executive director in September, is a mining engineer with over 30 years of experience including 15 years at senior management level. He will lead a new phase of exploration and growth activities at Torian’s key WA gold projects. Moving forward, Torian will operate out of its Kalgoorlie office and will utilise contract tenement management in an effort to reduce costs, and a small unmanned office presence will be maintained at its existing premises in Perth. As part of the restructure, Mark Borman will retire as chief executive.
