Board Moves November 17, 2023

Robert Mosig will be stepping down as non-executive director of Future Metals after 2.5 years of service, due to increasing demands from other roles.

I Synergy Group has appointed Dato’ Victor Hoo as an independent non-executive director. Dato’ Hoo is a board member, venture capitalist, investor, corporate advisor, and a senior management executive with over 20 years of experience working across continents (Asia, Australia, Europe, UK, and US) and managing portfolios across diverse industries including information technology, finance, education and real estate.

After 11 years as a non-executive director of Inca Minerals, Gareth Lloyd will be resigning to pursue other corporate opportunities and those within the clean energy space.

Francis De Souza joined the board of My Foodie Box as non-executive director, following a business purchase agreement with MFB (WA), an incorporated entity controlled by Mai Hughes who is also the original co-founder and director of My Foodie Box. Mr De Souza has assisted in the negotiation of the business purchase agreement, and will help identify acquisition opportunities to generate shareholder value.

NeuroScientific Biopharmaceuticals has appointed Clarke Barlow and Chris Ntoumenopoulos as non-executive directors, with Dr Linda Friedland stepping down from the board. Mr Ntoumenopoulos, managing director of Australian advisory firm Twenty 1 Corporate, has over 20 years of experience in financial markets, in raising capital and offering corporate advisory services. Mr Barlow is a financial advisor with 22 years of experience in the financial services industry within Australia and the United Kingdom.

Omni Bridgeway has appointed Chris Huish as joint company secretary. Mr Huish has been the assistant company secretary since April 2022 and has extensive ASX experience, providing company secretarial and corporate advisory services to board and various committees across several industry sectors.

Openn Negotiation has appointed Ben Laurance as non-executive chair, following the retirement of Wayne Zekulich who has held the role since April 2021. Mr Laurance is the managing director of Axiom Properties, who has made a significant capital injection into the company.

Robert Milbourne has stepped down as managing director of Ten Sixty Four. Due to the current Deed Administration, the Deed Administrators and board will not be appointing a replacement.
