Board Moves November 16, 2020

BlackEarth Minerals has appointed chief financial officer David Round to the board as finance director. Founding director and chair Philip Hearse, who joined the board prior to its admission to the ASX, has resigned. Founding company director George Bauk will assume the role of chair.

Manas Resources has appointed Justin Tremain as managing director, effective December 1.  Mr Tremain has extensive exploration success and in-depth knowledge of gold deposits in West Africa, and has led several resources companies through an acquisition and discovery process.
