Board Moves November 15, 2018

Birimian has appointed Mark Hepburn as chief executive and Brendan Borg as non-executive director. Mr  Hepburn has over 28 years of corporate and financial markets experience for Institutional Stockbroking and Derivatives Trading desks for major financial institutions. Mr  Borg is a consultant geologist specialising in the battery minerals sector including lithium, graphite and cobalt mineralisation. Noel O'Brien remains a director in an executive capacity.

John Begg has stepped down as chief executive of Pancontinental Oil & Gas, but remains a director and will provide specialist consulting services for the company’s projects. Non-executive director Ernest Myers will take over the management of the company.

James Croser has been appointed executive director of Spectrum Metals. Mr  Croser has more than 20 years of operational, technical and management experience in the Australian mining sector. Davide Bosio has resigned as non-executive director.

Paul Bassat has retired as non-executive director of Wesfarmers, having served on the board since 2012.
