Resignations

Dr Nigel Finch has resigned as director and chairman of Panorama Synergy. Managing director Terry Walsh has been appointed as acting chairman.

Chris (Zilong) Dai stepped down as director and chief executive of RMG.

Graham Chapman is no longer a non-executive director of Windimurra Vanadium.

Prominent Chinese battery tech figure to Prospect Resources board

Qing Jiao Yu and Yan Wang have been appointed to the board of Prospect Resources as their non-executive directors. Mr Yu has over fifteen years of experience in the lithium-ion battery industry in China.  He is currently the chairman and chief executive of Energy Finance Net and China Battery Net, president of the Chinese Battery Magazine, and director of China-based Zhongguancun Battery Industry Technology Innovation Alliance.
