Board Moves November 11, 2022

Black Mountain Energy has announced the resignations of Sara Kelly as non-executive director and Alan Cooper as joint company secretary, and the appointment of Craig Costello as non-executive director. Mr Costello is an experienced oil and gas industry professional with 25 years of multinational exploration & production operator experience across disciplines from reservoir to export.

Zhengui Liu will be retiring as non-executive director and vice chair of Brockman Mining at the upcoming AGM on 13 December. Mr Liu has been on the board since 2012.

Ten Sixty Four has appointed eminent legal, resources industry and indigenous business leader Dr Kate George as non-executive chair from 25 November where she will become the first Aboriginal woman to chair an ASX-listed company. Dr George has a unique background of experience in the public, corporate and community sectors. Her areas of specialty include law, governance, community development and planning in key areas including health, economic development and training. She will take over from Jeff McGlinn, who will transition from executive chair to managing director.
