Board Moves November 10, 2023

Battery Age Minerals has appointed current general manager of exploration Nigel Broomham as interim chief executive, following the resignation of Gerard O'Donovan as managing director and chief executive. Mr Broomham had joined the company in February this year.

Peter Batten has resigned as non-executive director of Carbine Resources after completing a handover of technical duties following his transition from managing director to non-executive director in August. Mr Batten was managing director for 2 years, and is now focusing on his new role as managing director of Haranga Resources.

Alexander Molyneux will be stepping down as non-executive director of Galena Mining on 22 November. He has been with the company since 2018, initially as a managing director and chief executive before becoming a non-executive director when the project transitioned into construction phase in 2021.

Matthew Edmondson has resigned as joint company secretary of Larvotto Resources.

Vection Technologies has appointed Damian Banks as non-executive chair, succeeding Bert Mondello who will transition to a non-executive director. Mr Banks is an experienced business leader with involvement in developing and expanding successful healthcare, employment, banking businesses, as well as completing several M&A transactions. He focuses on financial management, technology, people and developing customer-focused cultures.
