Advanced Share Registry has appointed Alvin Tan as non-executive director. He was formerly a director of the company from September 2007 to October 2020. Mr Tan is a seasoned financial consultant and entrepreneur with over 25 years of corporate experience in various industries. He has successfully led and executed numerous mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and new listings on the ASX, AIM, LSE, KLSE and FRA exchanges.

Joan Dabon has resigned as company secretary of Australian Agricultural Projects and Newfield Resources. She has been replaced by Adrian Teo at Australian Agricultural Projects and Natalie Teo at Newfield Resources.

Beach Energy has appointed Bruce Clement as an independent non-executive director. Mr Clement has over 40 years of domestic and international energy industry experience. He has managed oil & gas exploration, development & production operations within Australia and Asia; and has also delivered key projects across the UK and US.

Dr Ray Shaw has stepped down as chief executive of Besra Gold, and will become chief operating officer as the Bau Gold Project moves towards a development and production phase. Dr Shaw will focus on in-country development and exploration activities. Recently appointed non-executive chair Jocelyn Bennett will transition to an executive chair.

Carnaby Resources has appointed Steven Bowler as joint company secretary. Mr Bowler has been the company’s accountant and commercial manager since 2020.

DEVELOP Global has appointed experienced resources executive and chartered accountant Justine Magee as non-executive director. Ms Magee has more than 30 years of experience in the mining sector and has significant experience in board engagement and exposure to merger & acquisition activity, debt & equity financing, permitting & regulatory reporting, and offtake agreements.

Robert Hilton will transition from executive director to non-executive director of Intelligent Monitoring Group. He will be returning to an executive role as head of TPF Innovation, part of TPF Group which he founded 35 years ago.
