Ido Kanyon has resigned as chief executive of medicinal cannabis pharmaceutical company AusCann Group Holdings. He will remain with the company for up to six months to ensure an orderly leadership transition. Current non-executive director Dr Marcel Bonn-Miller will assume an executive role in the interim.
BHP has appointed Dion Weisler and XiaoQun Clever as independent non-executive directors. Mr Weisler has extensive global executive experience, including in chief executive officer and operational roles. Ms Clever has over 20 years of global experience in technology with a focus on software engineering, data and analytics, cyber security and digitalisation.
