Board Moves May 6, 2021

Gillian King has been appointed to the board of Classic Minerals as non-executive director. Ms King has extensive experience in human resources and indigenous affairs. She has been an employment consultant working with remote indigenous clients in the Pilbara, assisting with employment placement as well as owning their business and managing finances.

Liontown Resources has appointed experienced finance executive Clint McGhie as commercial manager and company secretary. Mr McGhie has been a company secretary and chief financial officer with a number of listed resource companies. He will succeed Craig Hasson who has resigned as company secretary but remains a chief financial officer.

MMA Offshore has appointed Sally Langer as an independent non-executive director. Ms Langer has over 25 years of experience in professional services. She was the founder and managing partner of management consulting and executive recruitment firm Derwent Executive, and led the Perth office as well as the mining and industrial practice.

Australian gold and nickel company Rox Resources has appointed Chris Hunt as chief financial officer and joint company secretary, and Matthew Antill as general manager of Youanmi operations. Mr Hunt is an experienced finance executive with over 25 years of experience, predominately in the resources and construction industries. Mr Antill has over 28 years of mining experience including 15 years as mine manager in both open pit and underground operations, with juniors and multinationals, and over a wide range of commodities and mining methods. Brett Dickson, who has been with the company for over 17 years in various capacities including as finance director, chief financial officer and company secretary, has elected to focus on other business ventures but will remain with the company until the end of June.
