David Palumbo has been appointed joint company secretary of Anova Metals. Mr Palumbo is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience across company secretarial, corporate advisory, financial management and reporting of ASX-listed companies.
Eryn Kestel has been appointed company secretary of BBX Minerals, replacing Simon Robertson who has resigned after 7 years with the company. Ms Kestel is a Certified Practising Accountant with extensive experience as a company secretary for ASX-listed entities.
Matthew Bull has resigned as non-executive director of Castillo Copper, after accepting a full-time executive position with a UK-based company.
