Apollo Minerals has appointed Neil Inwood as managing director and John Welborn as non-executive chair. Mr Inwood has been an executive director of the company since February 2021 and is instrumental in establishing the drilling and exploration programs at the province-scale Kroussou Zinc-Lead Project in Gabon, and leading the team to the recent Niamabimbou discovery & growth in the developing large-scale Dikaki discovery. Mr Welborn has also been with the board as a non-executive director since February 2021, and is a highly accomplished and internationally respected resource company director with significant and relevant African experience.

Justin Reid has resigned as non-executive director of Deep Yellow, having served on the board since 2016.

Sir Charles Lepani has retired as non-executive director of Geopacific Resources. He has been with the company since July 2020.

Liontown Resources has appointed highly experienced mining engineer Shane McLeay as an independent non-executive director. Mr McLeay is a mining engineer and senior manager within the resource sector. He has over 25 years of experience in starting up and operating mines of varying scale, building highly capable teams and overseeing operational ramp-up to steady-state production.

Medusa Mining has appointed Aaron Treyvaud as an independent non-executive director, and Jeff McGlinn will transition from non-executive chair to executive chair. Mr Treyvaud has more than 20 years of experience in the mining, finance and private equity sectors. His work for global investment banks and high-profile investment groups included corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets transactions, valuation and technical due diligence.

John Boland, group chief financial officer of Stealth Global Holdings since August 2020, has been appointed a joint company secretary.

Zenith Minerals has appointed David Ledger as executive chair. Mr Ledger spent over 35 years in investment banking and has worked in the United Kingdom and Australia, advising institutional and corporate clients.
