Boyd Timler has resigned as executive director of Artemis Resources.

Caeneus Minerals has appointed Davide Bosio as non-executive chair. Mr Bosio has over 20 years of experience in the stockbroking industry with a focus on corporate services to listed companies, specifically in relation to capital raisings and M&A advice in the junior resources sector. He takes over from Peter Christie who will remain a non-executive director.

Pedro Kastellorizos will be stepping down as non-executive director of Eclipse Metals at the end of May.

Lionel Liew has been appointed non-executive director of KalNorth Gold Mines. Mr Liew spent over 12 years with public listed companies, particularly those in the mining sector, in accounting and finance roles. He is an accountant by profession and has a background in public company audits.

Newfield Resources has appointed Jack Spencer-Cotton as non-executive director. Mr Spencer-Cotton has over 27 years of engineering experience. He held a range of senior engineering roles in international manufacturing companies, and had established his own business in engineering and consulting.

Following an unincorporated joint venture between Nex Metals Exploration and Metalicity (through its subsidiary Kym Mining) on the Kookynie and Yundamindra Gold projects, where Metalicity will be undertaking the role of the manager, Metalicity has made some executive management changes from June. Managing director and chief executive Jason Livingstone will become technical director, with a primary focus on expediting the ongoing exploration and development of its gold projects. Finance director Justin Barton will also take over the role of chief executive and become responsible for all corporate and commercial matters.

Northern Star Resources has appointed Michael Chaney AO as non-executive chair, taking over from July following the departure of executive chair Bill Beament. Mr Chaney is one of Australia’s most respected business figures, with more than four decades of experience as a senior executive and director.

Stavely Minerals has appointed Robert Dennis as non-executive director and Mark Mantle as project manager. Mr Dennis has extensive base metals and precious metals project development and operational experience. Mr Mantle will oversee and coordinate the upcoming scoping study on a Phase-1 open pit development at the Thursday’s Gossan Project.

Alexandra Atkins has been appointed non-executive director of Strandline Resources. Ms Atkins is a mining engineer, geotechnical engineer and geologist with over 30 years of experience within the mining industry in Australia and PNG.

Veris has appointed David Murray as non-executive director from June, following the retirement of Thomas Lawrence after nearly a decade of service on the board. Mr Murray is an experienced senior executive with over 40 years’ experience in professional services. He will be retiring as a partner of Deloitte, where he spent over 26 years in leadership roles across the business including as national executive, business unit leader, and the office managing partner in Papua New Guinea.
