ClearVue Technologies has appointed Martin Deil as chief executive from June, as it looks to accelerate its growth trajectory globally and expanding its US and European markets. Mr Deil has extensive knowledge of the international façade and architectural envelopes business, having spent the past 22 years in various senior management roles. Currently based in the UK, he will relocate to the US in due course and will also spend significant amounts of time in Australia to engage with local shareholders, brokers and the investment community, and other stakeholders nationwide.

Great Northern Minerals has appointed Eddie King as non-executive chair, following the resignation of Kim Robinson who has been chair since March 2020.  Mr King is a director of CPS Capital Group, a stockbroking and corporate advisory firm specialising in small to medium high growth companies.

MinRex Resources has appointed former board member Glenn Whiddon as non-executive director, following the resignation of Alex Krstich. George Karageorge, who will transition from managing director & chief executive to non-executive chair on 16 June, will be leaving the board on 15 August. Mr Whiddon has an extensive background in equity capital markets, banking and corporate advisory, with a specific focus on natural resources. He was on the board of MinRex from June 2020 to February 2022.

Paladin Energy has appointed Lesley Adams as an independent non-executive director. Mrs Adams has over 30 years of experience within the global resources industry across multiple roles including human resources, health & safety, joint venture management, indigenous and corporate affairs. She has also held leadership roles within global technology, engineering services and major resource companies.

Telecommunications innovator Vonex has appointed telco industry veteran Ian Porter as chief executive. Mr Porter has a 30-year career, mainly in the telecommunications sector, where he held senior management roles including as general manager and chief operations officer. He takes over from Matthew Fahey, who has been with the company since 2013 and was involved in guiding the company through its listing and most aggressive growth phase.
