Michael Chan, a highly experience executive and metallurgical engineer, has joined Hexagon Resources as chief development officer. This new position is a senior executive role responsible for driving the company’s strategy to diversify into downstream graphite processing and to realise the full potential of its flagship McIntosh Graphite Project.
Mathew Ratty has resigned as non-executive director of Admedus due to an increased workload from his recent appointment to chief executive of another ASX-listed company.
David McEntaggart has been appointed company secretary of Estrella Resources. Mr McEntaggart is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in the resource industry and accounting profession in Australia and the UK. He replaces Steve Brockhurst who will continue in his role as a non-executive director.
