Peter Huljich has been appointed non-executive director of AVZ Minerals. Mr Huljich has extensive African mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure experience. He is currently a solicitor. He replaces Guy Loando who has resigned from the board since being appointed a Senator of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Black Rock Mining has appointed Ian Murray as non-executive director, and Jeff Dawkins as chief financial officer and company secretary. Mr Murray has significant financing and joint venture experience, and Mr Dawkins has over 20 years of industry experience in senior finance positions. Their appointments support the operational readiness for the company’s Mahenge Graphite Project in Tanzania.
