Board Moves May 19, 2023

Alliance Nickel has appointed current chief financial officer David Edwards as company secretary. He takes over from Mark Pitts who has resigned after 14 years of involvement with the company.

QuanSheng Zhang has resigned as non-executive director of Arafura Rare Earths. Mr Zhang was appointed in 2016 as the nominee director of shareholder East China Non-Ferrous Mineral Resources Co, who has recently undertaken a change in corporate strategic direction to focus on domestic projects and is no longer a substantial shareholder.

Horseshoe Metals has appointed Josh Merriman as joint company secretary. Mr Merriman is an experienced finance professional who has held positions across several sectors within public and private companies. He has been financial controller of the company since September 2021.
