Board Moves May 18, 2023

Core Lithium has appointed Andrea Hall as non-executive director. Ms Hall is an experienced non-executive director and had spent over 35 years in the financial services industry as well as the mining, transport, healthcare, insurance, property and government sectors.

Deep Yellow has appointed Tim Lindley as non-executive director. Mr Lindley is an experienced investment banker with 25 years of experience in project finance, debt, equity capital markets and M&A. He has led and completed more than 100 financing transactions for resource companies operating across jurisdictions including Africa, Asia and Australia.

DEVELOP Global has appointed Elle Farris as general counsel and company secretary from 26 June. Ms Farris is a highly experienced legal practitioner who has advised major resources companies in a range of areas. In 2022, she was named the Minerals Council of Australia's Exceptional Young Woman in Australian Resources and the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia's Young Outstanding Women in Resources.

MinRex Resources has appointed Robert Boston as managing director and chief executive, taking over from George Karageorge who will transition to a non-executive chair. Mr Boston is an experienced resources executive and has held legal, business development, strategy, marketing and commercial roles. He will commence his tenure on 16 June 2023.

Red Hill Minerals has appointed Ira Gibbs as joint company secretary. Ms Gibbs is a Chartered Accountant with considerable company secretarial and corporate governance experience. She has been with the company since 2015, as a senior financial accountant.

Yojee has advised of the retirements of Gary Flowers as non-executive director, as well as Rob van Es and Lynn Mickleburgh from its advisory board. Mr Flowers has been on the board for 4 years. He will become a member of the company’s advisory board.
