Cavalier Resources has appointed current chief financial officer Simon Acomb as joint company secretary. Mr Acomb, is a Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of experience in the areas of accounting, external audit and corporate governance. He has been with the company since November 2021.
Magnum Mining & Exploration has appointed current chief executive Neil Goodman as managing director. He has been with the company since August 2022. Matthew Latimore, who has been on the board since May 2021, has stepped down as non-executive director.
