Board Moves March 6, 2024

Globe Metals & Mining has advised that Grant Hudson will be retiring as chief executive at the end of May. Paul Smith, current chief operating officer since December 2023, will take over as CEO from June. Mr Smith has over 30 years of experience as a senior mining industry executive across exploration, feasibility, project development, and operations management on a global platform. He has extensive experience with start-up and turnaround strategies, leveraging significant expertise in stockbroking, corporate finance, and project funding in delivering key business objectives.

Rachel Rees will be stepping down as executive director of finance and corporate affairs, chief financial officer and joint company secretary of Peninsula Energy from 4 April.  She joined the company as a non-executive director in February 2022 before assuming executive roles in January 2023.

Winchester Energy has appointed Zane Lewis as non-executive director and company secretary, replacing Edward May as company secretary.
