Board Moves March 31, 2020

Alexei Fedotov is no longer the company secretary of Alita Resources.

Michael Naylor has resigned as joint company secretary of Blackstone Minerals and will replace Jamie Byrde as chief financial officer and company secretary of Alicanto Minerals. Mr  Naylor has over 24 years of experience in corporate advisory and public company management, and has been involved in financial management of mineral and resource companies.

Joyce Corporation has appointed Keith Smith as chief executive. Mr  Smith has been acting chief executive since July 2019.

Timothy Spencer has joined the board of Pioneer Resources, changing his role from chief executive to managing director and stepping down as company secretary. Mr  Spencer was appointed chief executive in January this year, having previously served as chief financial officer and company secretary in 2017. Current chief financial officer Carl Travaglini will take on the additional role of a company secretary. Dr Allan Trench and Wayne Spilsbury have resigned as non-executive directors, having served on the board since 2003 and 2010 respectively.

Trevor Tennant, co-founder and managing director of Southern Hemisphere Mining, has retired from the board.
