Board Moves March 3, 2023

Deborah Ho has resigned as company secretary of Accelerate Resources. Current managing director YaXi Zhan will take on the additional role of company secretary. Ms Ho has also resigned as joint company secretary of Clearvue Technologies with Harry Miller appointed as her replacement.

David Archer will be retiring as non-executive director of gold and base metals explorer Carawine Resources at the end of the month. Mr Archer joined the board in March 2016.

DRA Global has appointed Andrew Bickley as group company secretary from 13 March, succeeding Ben Secrett who has resigned after over 2 years in the role. Mr Bickley has over 15 years of experience as a company secretary and governance professional for Australian and global organisations. He has worked for listed companies, professional services firms and statutory agencies within the legal, telecommunications, health and resources sectors.

Frank Sibbel has retired from the board of Matsa Resources. Mr Sibbel joined the board as a non-executive director 12 years ago in October 2010.
