Board Moves March 27, 2019

Simon Storm has joined BlackEarth Minerals as chief financial officer and company secretary. Mr  Storm is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of Australian and international experience in the accounting profession and commerce. He replaces Barry Woodhouse who has held those roles since the company’s incorporation 3 years ago.

Liontown Resources has appointed Eileen Hao as general manager and chief representative for China. Ms  Hao has over 25 years of experience in industrial minerals, metals and applications, specialising in China and international markets for lithium-ion battery materials. She will be focusing on securing long-term agreements and partnerships to support the development of the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project in Western Australia.

David Simmonds has been appointed non-executive director of SUDA Pharmaceuticals. Mr  Simmonds was a senior audit partner with Ernst & Young and led the capital markets desk in Australia, with responsibility for overseeing and reviewing all Australian cross-border fundraisings.
