Board Moves March 26, 2024

Global Uranium and Enrichment has appointed Matthew Keane as non-executive director, as Benjamin Vallerine steps down from the board to pursue other interests. Mr Keane is an experienced geologist with more than two decades of experience across mining, exploration and financial markets. He has worked with several high-profile mining businesses, including over eight years in the capital markets as a metals and mining analyst.

Great Northern Minerals has appointed Clarissa Chua and Craig McNab as joint company secretaries, replacing Aida Tabakovic who has been with the company since August 2019. Ms Chua is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial reporting; including the provision of financial accounting and reporting services to listed and unlisted companies. Mr McNab is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 14 years of experience in the resource industry and accounting profession within Australia, NZ and the UK.
