Board Moves March 22, 2024

Matt Freedman has resigned as non-executive director of Cosmos Exploration due to external work commitments. He was been with the company since May 2022.

Future Metals has appointed John Carr as a non-executive director, following the resignation of Elizabeth Henson who has served on the board since October 2021. Mr Carr is an entrepreneur and a chemical engineer. He co-founded New Century Resources, which acquired and restarted the Century Zinc Mine in Queensland and was subsequently sold to multinational PGM and gold producer Sibanye Stillwater in 2023.

Seafarms Group has promoted current commercial director of Project Sea Dragon Peter Fraser to chief executive, as it enters the next phase of development. Mr Fraser joined the company in 2015 and takes over from Rod Dyer who is retiring as CEO and transitioning to a non-executive director.
