Board Moves March 22, 2021

Alderan Resources has appointed Scott Caithness as managing director, replacing Peter Williams who will remain on the board as non-executive director. Mr Caithness has more than 35 years of experience in mineral exploration at senior management, executive committee and board levels across Australia, Asia, Africa and the Pacific.

Bradley Gordon has joined the board of Firefinch as non-executive director. Mr Gordon is a seasoned resource industry executive with 30 years of experience in the gold, copper and mineral sands industries. He also has significant experience working in Africa, and in large-scale open pit mining and underground operations.

Predictive Discovery has appointed Francis Harper as non-executive chair and Andrew Pardey as non-executive director. Mr Harper is a significant shareholder and chair of Tietto Minerals, and has significant West African-related exploration and development finance experience. He replaces Phillip Jackson who has resigned as non-executive chair after serving 7 years on the board. Mr Pardey is a geologist with over 30 years of experience in exploration, project development, construction and operation.
