Board Moves March 21, 2024

Following the federal court ruling that Dr Rajen Marnickavasagar be disqualified from managing a corporation for 4 years, Holista CollTech has appointed Kwok Kin Lai as a director of the company.  Mr Lai is the founder and managing director of Singapore-based WeR1 Consultants, which provides counsel for investor relations and crisis communications to companies listed on regional exchanges. He is also the fourth largest shareholder of Holista.

David Ward has resigned as non-executive director of Indiana Resources. He was appointed to the board in October 2022.

Neurotech International has appointed Alessandra Gauvin as joint company secretary. Ms Gauvin is an experienced corporate governance professional with experience working with ASX-listed companies across a diverse range of industries including mining, technology, biotech and industrials.

NRW Holdings has appointed David Joyce as a non-executive director. Mr Joyce is a former mining executive with over 37 years of experience in delivering major projects in Australia and internationally. He was involved in delivering the required infrastructure, services, processing facilities and initial mining developments (underground and open pit) for both greenfield and brownfield developments around the world.

Resolute Mining has appointed Adrienne Parker as a non-executive director, following the resignation of Mark Potts who will focus on his growing portfolio of technology-related directorships.  Ms Parker is a lawyer with over 25 years of experience within the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors, with an additional emphasis on major projects as well as running complex disputes.

Spartan Resources has appointed Deanna Carpenter as an independent non-executive director, following the resignation of John Hodder who was a representative of major shareholder Tembo Capital. Ms Carpenter, a partner in the corporate and commercial practice of national law firm Hamilton Locke, has approximately 15 years of legal experience with a focus on equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, governance, risk management and corporate compliance.
