Jessie Klaric has replaced Malcolm Cowell as company secretary of BNK Banking Corporation. Ms Klaric has been the inhouse legal counsel since July 2019.
Brian Scott has been appointed joint company secretary of Matador Mining, replacing Stuart McKenzie who has resigned after 3 years in the role. Mr Scott has previously worked as a corporate lawyer specialising in M&A, project development, commercial contracts and capital raisings.
Peregrine Gold has appointed Steven Wood as joint company secretary, and Peter Woodman has resigned as non-executive director. Mr Wood, a Chartered Accountant and director of Grange Consulting, specialises in corporate advisory, company secretarial and financial management services.
