Board Moves March 13, 2023

Arovella Therapeutics has appointed Dr Tom Duthy as non-executive chair. Dr Duthy, founder and director of corporate advisory and investor relations services Nemean Group, has over 18 years of direct financial market and executive-level/board experience with ASX-listed companies.

Aspermont has appointed Graeme McCracken as non-executive director. Mr McCracken has over 30 years of experience in media, events, data and analytics across diverse industry sectors.

Macmahon Holdings has appointed Ben Secrett as group company secretary, taking over from Sophie Raven who has held the role since May 2021. Mr Secrett has over 15 years of experience as a legal, corporate advisory and governance professional for Australian and foreign listed entities. He has worked for top tier law firms, the ASX, and entities within the resources and technology sectors.

MC Mining has appointed Christine He and Julian Hoskin as non-executive directors, with JunChao Liu resigning from the board as a nominated representative of Haohua Energy International (Hong Kong). Ms He has over 20 years of experience at senior management level and has been involved in the financing, development and execution of large construction and mining projects. Mr Hoskin is a mining engineer with 38 years of experience, and has managed mining operations as well as the construction of metallurgical and thermal coal mines & ports.

After 13 years with the company, Kevin Dundo has stepped down from the board of Red 5. Mr Dundo joined as a non-executive director in March 2010 and became chair in November 2013. Andrea Sutton, a non-executive director since November 2020, will become interim chair.

Tommy Logtenberg has been formally appointed a chief executive of The Market Herald. Mr Logtenberg has been the interim CEO since December 2022, and will remain as managing director of Gumtree Australia.
