Tony Leibowitz has been appointed non-executive chair of Bardoc Gold. Mr Leibowitz has over 30 years of corporate finance, investment banking and broad commercial experience. David Hatch and Sam Randazzo have stepped down as non-executive chair and non-executive director respectively.
Douglas Jendry, current non-executive director of Capricorn Metals, has been elected chair. Tim Kestell will transition from a non-executive director to an executive role in an interim period following the recent departures of several key executives.
Stephen Parker has joined the board of MGC Pharmaceuticals as non-executive director. Dr Parker has over 30 years of corporate finance, directorship, corporate advisory and investment banking experience within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors in the UK, Europe and North America.
David Lees has been appointed non-executive director of Sultan Resources. Mr Lees has over 16 years of experience in the Australian financial services industry, starting his career as a stockbroker before moving into investment and funds management. Eddie King and Lincoln Ho have resigned as non-executive directors.
