Australian Mines has appointed Sophia Bolhassan to the newly created role of investor relations manager. Ms Bolhassan was vice president of corporate and investment banking at Citi in London, covering the bank’s markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Collin Vost has resigned as managing director and chair of JV Global. Current non-executive director Graham Durtanovich will become acting chair.
