Altech Chemicals has appointed current chief financial officer Martin Stein as joint company secretary. Mr Stein has extensive experience with company secretarial, governance and regulatory compliance. He has been a company secretary of several ASX-listed companies.

Auroch Minerals has appointed Matthew Worner and Cameron O'Brien as joint company secretaries, replacing Rebecca Moylan who will remain as the company’s chief financial officer. Mr Worner is a former lawyer with 20 years of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial functions, initial public offerings, capital raisings, ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act issues. Mr O'Brien is a qualified chartered accountant specialising in corporate advisory, company secretarial and financial management services.

Rachel Kerr has retired as joint company secretary of MGC Pharmaceuticals and has assumed a project management role within the company’s sales department, having recently returned from maternity leave.

Riversgold has appointed experienced mining professional David Lenigas as executive chair. Mr Lenigas is a qualified mining engineer with extensive corporate experience as chair and chief executive of public listed companies across multiple business sectors and stock exchanges. As part of the board restructure, Simon Andrew will step down as non-executive chair but remains a non-executive director, Xavier Braud transitions from an executive director to non-executive director, and Simon Bolster has stepped down from the board due to other work commitments but continue to provide support and advice as part of the Quarterback Geological Services team.
