Board Moves June 5, 2020

Marat Abzalov has resigned as non-executive director of Alderan Resources. He will remain a consultant to the company.

After seven and a half years with the company, Grant Pierce will step down as executive director of EcoGraf on June 12. Mr  Pierce played a pivotal role in the company receiving the Epanko Graphite Projects’ Environmental Certificate, Mining Licence, the Bankable Feasibility Study, and subsequent completion of KfW IPEX-Banks’ independent due diligence.

Glenn Whiddon has joined the board of MinRex Resources as non-executive director. Mr  Whiddon has an extensive background in equity capital markets, banking and corporate advisory with a specific focus on natural resources.

George Bauk has resigned as chief executive and managing director of Northern Minerals. Current non-executive chair Colin McCavana will assume the role of interim executive chair until a new chief executive has been appointed. Mr  Bauk has been with the company since 2010 and will remain in a strategic advisory role during the transition period.
