Board Moves June 5, 2019

Andrew Paterson will become the managing director of Great Boulder Resources later this month. Mr  Paterson is a geologist with over 25 years of experience in mining and exploration within Australia and PNG.

Leonard Math will be stepping down as non-executive director of Kore Potash at the end of June.

Tim Roberts has resigned as non-executive director of Mineral Resources due to increasing demands from other business interests and his current residency in New Zealand. He remains a shareholder of the company.

OBJ has appointed Paul Peros as chief executive of its new beauty technology division, which will commercialise a range of products and solutions separate to those created under existing product development and license agreements, allowing the company to pursue new opportunities in the beauty technology and consumer device sector under its own brand. Mr  Peros had just completed a 5-year tenure as chief executive of a leading Swedish beauty technology brand.

Sharon Warburton will be joining the board of Wesfarmers in August. Ms  Warburton has extensive board and executive experience in corporate strategy, business operations, finance and risk management particularly in the resources and infrastructure sectors, along with significant expertise in governance and remuneration.
