Board Moves June 27, 2019

Michael Edwards will be stepping down as non-executive director of Digital Wine Ventures at the end of September.

Justin Brown, current executive director of Element 25, has been appointed managing director. Mr  Brown has been an executive director of the company since 2006 when it was formerly known as Montezuma Mining Company.

Kim Horne and Jim Walker have resigned as non-executive director and non-executive chair of Macmahon Holdings respectively. Current non-executive director Eva Skira will become interim chair.

Tyranna Resources has reviewed its plan to reduce administration costs and has made several changes to its board and management structure. Nicholas Revell will retire as technical director but remains a part-time consultant and continues to manage exploration activities for the company. Yugi Gouw will relinquish his role as chief financial officer but remains as company secretary.
