Board Moves June 24, 2020

Riversgold has appointed Simon Bolster as non-executive director. Mr  Bolster has extensive experience exploring for gold in the Eastern Goldfields and is regarded as one of the pre-eminent experts in regolith geochemistry. He is part of the technical team at Quarterback Geological Consultants, which has a technical services agreement to formulate and execute an exploration strategy for Rivergold’s ground in the Eastern Goldfields in Western Australia and near Olympic Dam in South Australia. Justin Boylson will transition from an executive director to a non-executive role, and Michael Davy has resigned as non-executive director.

Ultima United has appointed Jonathan Cheng as non-executive director, following the resignation of James Ban from the board. Mr  Cheng has over two decades of experience in starting up new enterprises, with the last 15 years spent focusing on private equity.
