Calima Energy has appointed Mark Freeman as finance director, and Alan Stein has stepped down from the board. Mr Freeman is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in the energy and resource sectors. He has been the chief financial officer and company secretary, has worked on the Calima Assets over the last 6 years, and was integral to the acquisition of Blackspur Oil.
