Board Moves June 2, 2021

Australian Potash has appointed Michelle Blandford as company secretary, taking over from Scott Nicholas & Stephen Buckley with Mr Nicholas continuing as chief financial officer. Ms Blandford has extensive experience in corporate governance and company administration across the mineral resources sector.

Rowan Caren will become the sole company secretary of Hexagon Energy Materials, with Justyn Stedwell continuing as non-executive director.

Indiana Resources has appointed Felicity Repacholi-Muir as non-executive director. Mrs Repacholi-Muir has mineral exploration and resource development experience, having worked with several public and private companies over a 15-year career. Her technical skills will support the expansion of the company’s exploration activities in the Central Gawler Craton Gold Project in South Australia. David Williams, who was involved in the successful acquisition of the Central Gawler Craton tenements, has resigned as non-executive director.

Ben Wyatt has joined the board of Woodside Petroleum as non-executive director. Mr Wyatt was the former treasurer of Western Australia and the first Indigenous treasurer of any Australian parliament. He had ministerial responsibilities for finance, energy, aboriginal affairs and lands. Mr Wyatt retired from politics in March 2021.
