BARD1 Life Sciences has appointed Max Johnston and Philip Powell as non-executive directors. Mr Johnston has extensive experience in leading businesses in Western and Central Eastern Europe, Africa and the Asia Pacific region. Mr Powell has extensive experience in investment banking and specialises in capital raisings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. Their appointments follow the resignation of longstanding board member Brett Montgomery, who has been with the company since 1989 and contributed significantly to its listing.
