Bass Metals has appointed James Brown as a non-executive director. Mr Brown is a mining engineer with extensive operational and development experience in the mining industry across a number of commodities, particularly lithium.

From July, Gregory Bittar will take over from Adrian Byass as non-executive chair of Kingwest Resources, with Mr Byass remaining a non-executive director. Steve Brockhurst will resign as non-executive director but remains a company secretary. Mr Bittar has extensive experience in public and private markets, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and strategic advisory assignments across a range of sectors including general industries, metals and mining, mining services and energy.

Nadine Barry has resigned as joint company secretary of MGC Pharmaceuticals.

Minbos Resources has appointed Blair Snowball as chief financial officer, and Harry Miller replaces Ashley Lim as company secretary. Mr Snowball is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in senior roles across resources, technology and the Big 4 audit companies. He has worked in Europe, Latin America and Australia. Mr Miller is currently a company secretary for several ASX-listed companies.

Shirley In't Veld will be leaving Northern Star Resources at the end of June. She has been a non-executive director since 2016.

Graeme Smith and Arshad Muhammad have resigned as non-executive directors of TV2U International.

Ultima United has appointed Marcus Goh as company secretary and executive director, Tome Jongue as non-executive director, and YiCheng Chen as chief financial officer. It follows the resignations of Eric Kong as executive director, Piers Lewis as non-executive director & joint company secretary, and Victor Goh as joint company secretary. Mr Goh acted as a business analyst to a number of national insurers, Mr Jongue is a highly experienced property manager, and Mr Chen has also led a number of property development projects in his capacity as the financial go-to person.

Vulcan Energy Resources has appointed Daniel Tydde as company secretary and in-house legal counsel. Mr Tydde is a corporate lawyer with over 15 years of experience across a wide range of corporate, commercial and finance areas. The company has also made a decision to separate the finance and company secretarial roles in Australia, to strengthen its professional resource base. As a result, Robert Ierace will retire as company secretary to focus on his role as chief financial officer.
