Board Moves June 13, 2017

Danakali has appointed Stuart Tarrant as chief financial officer, replacing Chris Els who has resigned from the position. Mr  Tarrant was formerly head of finance at Danakali.

ABM Resources has appointed Mark Faul as non-executive director.  Mr  Faul was nominated by Pacific Road Capital Management.

Salt Lake Potash has appointed Bryn Jones as non-executive director. Founding director Jason Baverstock has stepped down from the board.

Tempo Australia has appointed Ian Widdicombe and Guido Bressani as non-executive directors.

Samantha Tough has been appointed non-executive chair of Aurora Labs. Ms  Tough has more than 15 years’ experience as a company director and chair across a diverse range of industries. Current outgoing chair, Paul Kehoe, remains on the board as non-executive director.
