Board Moves July 7, 2023

Mincor Resources has appointed John Hartman and Luca Giacovazzi as non-executive directors, following Wyloo Metals’ majority control of the company. Mr Hartman and Mr Giacovazzi are Wyloo’s chair and chief executive respectively. They replace Brett Lambert (chair) and Michael Bohm who have resigned from the board.

Rox Resources has appointed Matthew Hogan as non-executive director, a nominee of Venus Metals where he holds the role of managing director. It comes as the companies consolidated their ownership interests in the Youanmi Gold Project.
