De Grey Mining has appointed Paul Harvey as non-executive director. Mr Harvey is a resource executive with operational and projects leadership, and over 35 years of international experience within the resources sector including gold. He has lived and worked in Australia, Africa and America.
Globe Metals & Mining has appointed Paul Hardie as general counsel and company secretary. Mr Hardie is a commercial lawyer with over 20 years of legal and corporate experience, including non-executive and executive leadership roles within public companies. Michael Fry, formerly finance manager and company secretary, will become chief financial officer.
Inca Minerals has appointed non-executive director Adam Taylor as chair, and Ross Brown has stepped down as managing director after 10 years at the helm but will remain in a managerial role with the company to ensure continuity across all current exploration programs for which he has had lead responsibility.

Ora Banda Mining has appointed Luke Creagh as chief executive. Mr Creagh is a mining engineer with 20 years of experience working for contracting and mining companies on projects throughout Australia and overseas.
Rumble Resources has appointed highly experienced mining executive Geoff Jones as non-executive director. Mr Jones is an internationally recognised project developer with over 30 years of experience in the evaluation and/or development of major projects across a diverse range of commodities internationally.
