Board Moves July 28, 2020

Atmavireshwar Sthapak has taken over from Justin Richard as managing director of Alara Resources. Mr Sthapak, an exploration geologist with over 25 years of global mining industry experience, spent ten years with Rio Tinto and received the prestigious Rio Tinto Discovery Award. He has been with Alara since 2011 and joined the board in 2015.

John McEvoy, current chief financial officer of Image Resources, will take on the additional role of joint company secretary.

Adrian Smith will transition from a non-executive director to an executive director of K-TIG. Mr Smith joined the board in February 2020 and is based in Adelaide where the company is headquartered. Mark Twycross, who is based in Melbourne, will step down as executive director but remains on the board as a non-executive director.

Peter Dawson has stepped down from the board of Lycopodium but remains as the company’s director of strategy and corporate development. Mr Dawson has been an executive director since 2017.
