Board Moves July 27, 2022

Mincor Resources has appointed highly experienced senior mining executive Gabrielle Iwanow to succeed David Southam, who will step down as managing director and chief executive on 12 August after overseeing the company’s successful return to nickel producer status. Mr Southam has been in the role for 3.5 years and intends to pursue other personal interests and spend more time with his family. His successor, Ms Iwanow, has extensive experience working at senior operational and executive levels within the bulk and base metals resource sector, and was named as one of the Top-100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in 2020. She will commence with the company in early November, with current chair Brett Lambert acting as executive chair in the interim.
