Richard Carcenac has resigned as chief executive and managing director of RBR Group. Mr Carcenac joined the company in September 2014 as a consultant before being appointed to his current position in June 2015. He will remain with the company until 24 October.
Venturex Resources has appointed Shirley In't Veld as non-executive director, Anthony Reilly has resigned as executive director, and Bill Beament has moved from executive director to managing director. Ms In’t Veld is a highly-regarded and experienced public company director and executive.
