Board Moves July 21, 2021

After nearly five years as an executive director of DigitalX, including three and a half years as chief executive, Leigh Travers has resigned from the company. He will remain in the role until September.

Wiluna Mining Corporation has appointed Colin Jones and Hansjoerg Plaggemars as non-executive directors, following the retirement of longstanding non-executive director Tony James at the end of the month as he becomes managing director of ASX-listed Galena Resources. Mr Jones is a highly experienced mining executive with almost 40 years of experience as a mining, exploration and consulting geologist. Mr Plaggemars is an experienced company director with a high skillset in corporate finance, corporate strategy, European and North American Capital markets and governance.
