Board Moves July 13, 2022

Caeneus Minerals has appointed Dean Tuck as an independent non-executive director. Mr Tuck is an experienced geologist who has worked across a wide range of commodities in Australia, Brazil and Southeast Asia, from project generation through to resource evaluation.

Structural Monitoring Systems has appointed internationally recognised senior executive Ross Love as executive chair. Mr Love is an experienced global executive and consultant with wide public and private sector experience in developing and executing policy reforms and business strategy transformations within Australia and the United States. He is also an experienced airline industry focused executive responsible for the management of one of Boston Consulting Group’s largest and longest running client relationships with Qantas Airlines; and had worked with senior decision makers in Government at State and Commonwealth levels in Australia, the State and City Governments of New York, and the UN.
