Board Moves July 11, 2023

Ardea Resources has appointed Maree Arnason as an independent non-executive director. Ms Arnason is a highly experienced director and senior executive of ASX-listed companies with businesses and services located globally and within the natural resources sector. She is a co-founder and director of Energy Access Services, which operates an independent WA-focused digital trading platform for wholesale gas buyers and sellers.

Bill Robertson has resigned as non-executive chair of Enterprise Metals, having been appointed to the board three months ago. Graeme Smith, company secretary since February 2019, will become non-executive director in a temporary capacity.

Hastings Technology Metals has advised that following the successful completion of his mandate as interim chief executive, Alwyn Vorster has elected not to extend his fixed term contract beyond its expiry on 31 July in order to focus mainly on non-executive roles within the industry.

Luke Martino has taken over from John Dinan as company secretary of Magnum Mining & Exploration. Mr Martino is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience at partner and board levels with major accounting firms. He specialises in corporate & growth consulting, and has been a director of several public & private companies.
